Welcome to "top-flughafentaxi-wien.at" Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms govern the relationship between "top-flughafentaxi-wien.at" (hereinafter referred to as "Provider" or "we") and you (hereinafter referred to as "Customer" or "User") in connection with our services.

1. Services of "top-flughafentaxi-wien.at"

"top-flughafentaxi-wien.at" acts as an intermediary platform for various services offered on our website. We aim to provide you access to verified and professional taxi companies to meet your transportation needs.

2. Liability and Provider's Monitoring

The taxi companies we mediate are carefully selected and verified. These companies are independent service providers and are responsible for the quality of the services provided.

3. Order Placement and Confirmation

You can submit your transport requests through various channels, such as the online order form, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram Messenger, Facebook Messenger, or by phone. Your acceptance of these terms and conditions simultaneously serves as an order placement and is legally binding unless canceled by you. You will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided.

4. Provider's Duties

Our provider is committed to executing the orders you have placed in a reasonable manner. This includes timely pickup, secure luggage storage, and compliance with all local traffic regulations on the way to your desired destination.

5. Customer's Duties and Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided during the order, such as your name, address, flight date, flight number, and the number of pieces of luggage. In case of changes to this data, you are obliged to inform us immediately. Please also be ready at the agreed pickup time, as delays may lead to late arrivals at your destination. Please do not disturb the driver during the journey, refrain from smoking in the vehicle, and check your luggage for completeness and any damage upon arrival. Later claims cannot be considered from our side.

6. Payment Terms

Payment for our services is made directly in the vehicle after the service is provided. We accept cash as well as major credit and bank cards. If you are unwilling to pay after the trip, we will send you an invoice by email and by post, along with a late payment surcharge. This invoice is binding, and failure to comply with the 14-day payment deadline may lead to legal actions, including insolvency proceedings.

6.1. Prices and Possible Surcharges

The prices displayed on "top-flughafentaxi-wien.at" are fixed prices. In the case of significant contamination of the vehicle or damage caused by the customer, we reserve the right to charge additional fees. Cleaning costs for significant contamination are a flat rate of EUR 50.00. The cost of damages will be calculated upon receipt of a corresponding offer from qualified professionals.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled trip will not be charged. For cancellations made within 24 hours before the start of the trip, 80% of the fare will be charged.

8. Data Protection

The data you enter when ordering is stored on our secure servers. We use standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption, to protect your data. We do not share your personal data with third parties. However, please note that we may share your data with the contracted taxi companies to facilitate the execution of your order.

9. Miscellaneous/Jurisdiction

If any of the conditions in these terms and conditions are invalid, the effectiveness of the remaining conditions remains unaffected. For situations not covered in these terms, local laws apply. Unless otherwise agreed, the place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
