How does online booking work?: Online booking is straightforward. You simply need to fill out the provided online form to book your ride.
Will I receive a confirmation via email?: After your online booking, you will automatically receive an email confirmation from us. This email confirms your booking and contains all the relevant details of the order, along with further information about the pickup.
How does home pickup work?: We offer a free waiting time of up to 5 minutes. After that, you will be charged 1€ for each additional minute.
How is airport pickup arranged?: Airport Meeting Point:

Waiting Times:
We offer a free waiting time of up to 45 minutes after landing. After that, a charge of 15€ will be applied for every additional 30 minutes.
How is payment handled?: Payment is processed directly in the vehicle after the ride.
Is the driver's tip included in the price?: No, the specified fixed price is the final price, including VAT. It is up to you whether you want to tip the driver. However, our drivers will appreciate such a gesture.
What payment methods are available?: You can pay in cash or with your debit card or credit card.
Do I need a child seat?: No, in Austria, taxis and rental cars are exempt from the obligation to use child safety seats.
Can pets be taken along?: Only upon request and with a transport box. Please inform us of your pet's desire to accompany you before booking at: office@top-flughafentaxi-wien.at.
What is the cancellation policy?: Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled ride will not be charged. Cancellations made within 24 hours before the ride will incur a 80% charge of the fare.
Not satisfied with chauffeur service?: We carefully select our chauffeurs. However, if you experience unprofessional treatment by a chauffeur, we welcome your feedback for service improvement. Send your report to office@top-flughafentaxi-wien.at, and we will process it as soon as possible.
